This category is for the commercial insurance intermediary or third party provider (including claims management services, loss adjusters and assessors) that the panel feels has achieved the most over the past judging year in terms of customer service. Entries should demonstrate forward-thinking, excellence in service provision, and may include innovative use of technology or resources.
